Allotment of ESOP

Black Buck Ltd announced the allotment of 60,974 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of Re. 1/-, to identified employees. These shares were issued upon the exercise of options granted under the BlackBuck Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 and 2019. This allotment, approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 18,20,77,602 to Rs. 18,21,38,576.
