Management Commentary - Q2 & H1 FY27 Performance
"We are pleased with our performance in the first half of FY27. Revenue grew 47% year on
year to ₹297.6 crore, from ₹203.0 crore in H1 FY26, driven by strong growth in air exports.
Our focus on higher-value cargo is paying off. Perishable export revenue grew 54% even as
tonnage came down, with revenue per tonne roughly doubling. General cargo exports grew
55% on stable volumes. This shift in product mix has also supported our improved margins.
Our courier and e-commerce business continues to grow, with Q2 shipments up 57% and
tonnage up 33% year on year.
Q2 is traditionally a slower quarter due to the monsoon, and air tonnage was lower than last
year. Ocean freight volumes were also impacted by higher sea freight rates and route
disruptions caused by the conflict in the region.
During the quarter, we moved the first-ever perishable shipment from Navi Mumbai
International Airport, and we are acquiring a 45% stake in Natwest Trade & Logistics
Services FZCO, Dubai, which will strengthen our international presence. We are also
expanding into South America, with our first hire in Brazil, and our ERP and CRM
implementation is progressing well.
Mr. Richard Francis Theknath
Chairman & Managing Director We remain confident in our growth path and committed to creating long-term value for our
shareholders."

Strong YoY Growth:
QoQ performance should be viewed in the context of the company's seasonal business cycle, as Q2 typically witnesses lower activity than Q1.
However, the company delivered strong YoY growth, with EBITDA increasing by 86.26% and PAT growing by 137.90% in Q2 FY27, reflecting improved
profitability.
