To manufacture battery packs for the four-wheeler segment, the Company has evaluated and decided to expand its manufacturing capacity at the existing facility at Mindewadi, Taluka Maval, District Pune, Maharashtra. The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular no. E xisting capacity of the ~26,000 battery packs per month for two- Company (per month) wheelers. 2. E xisting capacity The commercial production commenced on 17th utilisation June, 2026, with a line of sight to achieve 70% utilisation by October 2026. 3. P roposed capacity addition 3,640 battery packs per month for four- (per month) wheelers. 4. R ationale The Company has launched battery packs as a new product line for mobility, energy storage and other high potential applications, to meet the anticipated growth in those sectors. The Company has already started commercial production of battery packs for two-wheelers from 17th June, 2026. With this investment in capacity addition, the Company shall be in a position to expand into the manufacturing of battery packs for four- wheelers, thereby further strengthening its presence in the electric mobility market.
