Q2 & H1FY27 Highlights 1 P S Company Overview 2 C Annual Financials 3 Investor Presentation 3 Q2 & H1FY27 Highlights From the Desk of Chairman Dear Esteemed Stakeholders, The second quarter of FY27 marked a clear recovery from a difficult first quarter. Revenue from operations grew 27% over the same quarter last year to ₹83.1 crore, and profit after tax rose 21% to ₹9.05 crore, the highest quarterly profit your Company has reported. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at ₹1.15 against ₹0.95 a year ago. Our Equipment Rentals business grew 57% and now accounts for over 70% of revenue, with power and renewable energy together making up 53% of equipment revenue in the first half. Our Warehousing business returned to profit as activity picked up. The operating margin recovered by four percentage points from the first quarter to 34.7%, and cash profit for the quarter was ₹23.3 crore. For the half year, revenue is 19% ahead of last year, while profit after tax of ₹10.7 crore is below last year’s ₹13.9 crore on account of the first quarter. We invested ₹106.6 crore in the fleet during the first half, ahead of the ₹80 to 100 crore we had planned for the full year, because the opportunities in power and renewables were there to be taken. Most of this equipment is being commissioned through the third quarter, which is when it starts to earn. This investment has taken our net debt to equity to the upper limit we set for ourselves and higher manpower, transportation and depreciation costs have weighed on margins in the meantime. We expect both to ease as the new fleet is deployed and specialized services stabilize going forward. Our executable order book for FY27 stands at ₹163 crore, and we remain on course for the lower end of our aggressive 20 to 25 per cent revenue growth target for the year. Our operating margin for FY27 will be around 35 per cent, below our 37 to 38 per cent band because of the first quarter, and we expect to exit the year closer to the band. Vinay Kumar Aggarwal Every sector we serve is still building. Our visibility on the work ahead has never been stronger, and the fleet to Chairman & Managing Director do it is already on the ground. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
