Considering the same, the management shall be temporarily closing the operation of Imagicaa Water Park located at 30/31, Sangdewadi, Khopoli - Pali Road, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad – 410 203, Maharashtra w.e.f June 19, 2026 until the water situation improves. The Company will closely track the developments and would update on the resumption of operations of said Water Park at Khopoli. The detailed disclosure, as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 updated on January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.
