Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Marine Electricals (India) Limited has received new orders totaling approximately Rs 75.19 crores (excluding taxes). These orders are for the supply of Power Distribution Systems to STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited and Princeton Digital Group (India) Management Private Limited. The delivery for these contracts is expected to span 12-18 months. The company confirmed that these transactions do not involve promoters or related parties, ensuring good corporate governance.
