Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong capabilities in building and scaling businesses, leading cross-functional and global teams, driving profitable growth, creating new business verticals, and delivering complex projects across international markets. Prior to joining Everest, Mr. Nachiket was associated with Sulzer India as Director – Static Mixer Business (Europe, Africa, Middle East & India), where he was responsible for global sales and business development of the Static Mixer product line while holding full P&L responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. He successfully transformed a niche business that was under consideration for discontinuation into a high- growth global business, scaling revenues significantly through strategic market positioning, product innovation, and operational excellence.
