Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended
from time to time, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for
Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in
the securities of the Globe Civil Projects Limited (“Company”) will be closed from Wednesday,
July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the
Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (“Financial Results”) to the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade
in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for approval of Financial Results will be intimated
in due course.
