Trading Window

Globe Civil Projects Limited announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are announced to the stock exchanges. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, preventing designated persons and their immediate relatives from trading. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be disclosed subsequently.
