Consolidated income grew 30% YoY to Rs. 1,727 Mn, while EBITDA increased 60% and PAT more than tripled. For H1 FY27, consolidated income advanced 28% to Rs. 3,300 Mn and EBITDA grew 60%. While elevated raw material costs continue to pressure gross margins, our focus remains on operating efficiencies and cost competitiveness. The tyre industry continued to navigate an evolving landscape, with resilient domestic tyre demand and exports sustaining their upward momentum, contrasting with subdued demand in certain international markets. Globally, original equipment demand for passenger and light truck tyres remained subdued, particularly in China, while replacement demand was relatively resilient. European truck and bus tyre replacement demand improved, contrasting with weakening conditions in North America. Geopolitical tensions kept energy and freight costs elevated. In India, rising virgin rubber prices and intensifying competition for key raw materials further increased cost pressures across the value chain. Our Rubber Recycling business sustained its strong performance, with H1 revenue growing 30% YoY to Rs. 2,963 Mn, supported by domestic revenue growth of 40% and export growth of 22%. We also witnessed encouraging traction in non-tyre applications. Sales from newer reclaim technologies increased, reflecting progress in adoption and the potential to improve conversion economics. Under Pyrova Energy, commissioning activities for the recovered carbon black (rCB) facility are progressing. However, continued escalation in certain raw material costs weighed on gross margins, reinforcing our focus on sourcing diversification, material optimisation and calibrated pricing actions. Within others, the growing emphasis on circular materials presents opportunities in plastic recycling, while elevated virgin polymer prices continue to shape market dynamics. Improved realizations and disciplined pricing contributed to a significant improvement in gross margins. We are advancing customer qualification and business development across automotive, compounding and other high-value applications to translate opportunities into sustainable commercial growth. We are pleased to have achieved the EcoVadis Gold rating, placing us among the top 5% of companies assessed worldwide for sustainability performance. Our renewable energy initiatives progressed with the completion of Phase 1 of the Gujarat solar project, with further savings expected upon completion of Phase 2. Looking ahead, our priorities remain focused on strengthening procurement resilience, enhancing operational efficiencies, maintaining pricing discipline and driving technology-led improvements.” www.grpweb.com Q2FY27 Performance Highlights – Consolidated (in Rs.
