With reference to the captioned matter, please refer to our letter dated June 9, 2026,
whereby we informed you that the Eleventh meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of
Quadrant Televentures Limited ("Corporate Debtor") was convened on Thursday, June 11,
2026.
The e-voting for the Eleventh meeting of CoC of M/s Quadrant Televentures Limited was
started and same was concluded in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons)
Regulations, 2016 ("CIRP" Regulations"), wherein, the resolutions which were put to vote,
