Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to your email seeking clarification regarding submission of the outcome of the Board Meeting held on May 29, 2026, we would like to submit the following: Query 1: Segment details not submitted; Reply: As per your email and in accordance with relevant provisions of Ind AS, the Company will include the below disclosure in notes to financial results in future filings. “The Company operates in a single reportable business segment in accordance with Ind AS 108 – Operating Segments. Accordingly, there are no separate reportable segments, and the financial results are presented as a single segment”. Query 2: Financial results not submitted within 30 minutes or 3 hours from the end of board meeting (as may be applicable); Reply: The Board Meeting of the Company commenced on May 29, 2026 at 9:00 PM IST and concluded at 11:00 PM IST. Immediately upon conclusion of the meeting, the Company made efforts to upload the Outcome of the Board Meeting, including the approved Financial Results and recommendation of dividend, on the NSE Electronic Application Processing System (NEAPS). However, the Company has encountered technical difficulties while accessing the NEAPS portal. The portal was displaying a "503 Service Unavailable" error message and was temporarily inaccessible due to maintenance downtime/capacity issues. A screenshot evidencing the same is enclosed for your reference. Despite multiple attempts made thereafter, the Company was unable to complete the submission until the portal became accessible. Upon restoration of the portal services, the Company has successfully uploaded the Outcome of the Board Meeting on May 30, 2026 at 03:27:37 a.m., and the acknowledgement generated by NEAPS evidencing the submission is enclosed herewith. Further, the Company had submitted a revised filing on May 31, 2026.
