CIN No. : L68100MH1946PLC004886 Statement of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2026 Notes: 1 The above Standalone financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards ("Ind AS") notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act 2013, read together with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (as amended). 2 The figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published unaudited year to date figures upto the third quarter of the relevant financial year. 3 The Company has during the quarter surrendered certain premises acquired earlier on long term lease. The Right of Use Asset and Lease Liabilities for these premises recognized earlier in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards ("Ind AS") have been unwinded resulting into net gain of Rs 11.22 Cr which has been accounted as 'other income' in Way-Side Amenities segment. 4 The above financial results have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 27 July 2026. 5 The figures of previous periods have been regrouped wherever necessary. r For Nesco Limited Krishna S.
