The special window shall also be available for such transfer requests which were submitted earlier and were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiencies, subject to rectification and re- submission within the aforesaid period. All such transfers shall be processed only in dematerialised form and shall be subject to a lock-in period of one year from the date of registration of transfer, as per the SEBI guidelines.
