Trading Window

Shoppers Stop Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares, effective from July 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Insider Trading Code. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transactions involving the company's equity shares during this non-transaction period.
