Scrip Code: 544994 Symbol: HDFIRE Dear Sir / Madam, Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Refusal of Application for Consent to Operate by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to the disclosure made on page 357 of the Prospectus dated October 15, 2026, regarding the show cause notice dated October 15, 2026, received from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (“MPCB”), we wish to inform you that the Company has received a letter dated October 28, 2026, from the MPCB refusing its application for Consent to Operate for the expansion of its existing facility at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, under Section 27 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 21(4) of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The details required under Regulation 30 are set out in Annexure A. The Company is examining the MPCB's communication and shall re-file its application in accordance with the requirements of the MPCB. The refusal pertains only to the newly commissioned sheds at Plot K-99 and Gat No. 298/1, developed as part of the Company's planned expansion to support future growth. The Consent to Operate for the Company's existing Jalgaon manufacturing facility remains valid until March 31, 2029, and existing operations continue as usual. The Company is reviewing the observations of MPCB and will take the necessary steps to address the same and reapply for the requisite consent.
