The board has appointed M/s Dharti Patel & Associates as the secretarial auditor for a term of 5 years, commencing from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The board has also appointed M/s Kishan Patel and Associates as the chartered accountants for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, the board has approved the draft directors' report for the financial year 2025-26 and fixed the date for the annual general meeting on August 24, 2026.
