Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 1, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
