Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 as recommended by the Audit committee at its meeting held earlier in the day. 2. Re-designation cum appointment of Mr. Satish Narain Jajoo as Chairperson from the existing position as Member and Re-designation of Mrs. Drushti Desai from the position of Chairperson to Member in the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with immediate effect from the conclusion of Board Meeting.
