What was announced as a vision seventeen months ago is today a completed installation ready to generate power. MILESTONES ACHIEVED 1. GEDA REGISTRATION - SECURED: The Company has received final registration from the Guiarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) for the project under the Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023. 2. NHAI PERMISSION - SECURED: The Company has obtained the necessary permission from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for laying an underground electrical cable across the National Highway - the final regulatory link in project implementation. 3. INSTALLATION - COMPLETED: The project stands fully installed. Testing and commissioning activities are underway and expected to conclude within the next few weeks, with power generatio~ expected to commence by the end of First Week of August, 2026.
