The MoU was signed at SCTIMST, Thiruvananthapuram, in the presence of senior leaders from both organisations, including Dr. Sanjay Behari, Director, SCTIMST, and Manoj Raghavan, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Elxsi, along with members of the healthcare, research, and technology leadership teams from both institutions. The collaboration combines SCTIMST's strengths in cardiovascular sciences, neurosciences, biotechnology, and clinical sciences with Tata Elxsi's expertise in product engineering, design, AI, and digital technologies. Together, the organisations will address opportunities across diagnostics, medical imaging, digital health, biomedical engineering, medical devices, and related healthcare technologies for India and global markets. Unlike traditional industry-academia engagements, the partnership creates an extended innovation and engineering environment for Tata Elxsi, its customers, and healthcare partners.
