(IST), signed (i) a business transfer agreement for acquisition of the entire business and operations of Suguna Ramaiah Hospitals Private Limited (“Suguna”) from Suguna, and (ii) a sale deed for acquisition of the land and building of Suguna, situated at Dr. Rajkumar Road, ‘N’ Block, III Stage, Rajajinagar, Prakashnagar, Bengaluru (“Proposed Transaction”) from one of the promoters of Suguna. The Proposed Transaction has been consummated today, as per the closing conditions, under the terms of the aforesaid business transfer agreement and sale deed.
