In-Principally approved the proposal for Amalgamation of Hyd-Air Engineering Private Limited with Aeroflex Industries Limited which is its wholly-owned Subsidiary, pursuant to Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the applicable rules made thereunder, subject to regulatory and other approvals.
