Shalby/SE/2026‐27/60 dated October 17, 2026 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the above‐mentioned disclosures and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), Jabalpur, vide its letter dated October 28, 2026, has permitted Shalby Hospital, Jabalpur, to resume normal operations on the previously affected floor. The permission has been granted following completion of the necessary renovation work, reassessment by the competent authority and implementation of the required safety measures by the Company. The authority has expressed its satisfaction with the compliance and fulfilment of the stipulated terms and conditions. Accordingly, the hospital is now permitted to resume its regular healthcare services, including admission of patients on the previously affected floor. With this development, Shalby Hospital, Jabalpur, has resumed full operations. The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations are provided in the Annexure attached herewith.
