Closure of trading window for period ending June 30, 2026.

Viceroy Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from July 1, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. A board meeting will be scheduled to consider and approve these financial results.
