Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,758,768/- divided into 140,879,384 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each. The Company is in the process of applying for the listing of these aforesaid shares with the stock exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE. Further, this intimation is in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, however, we wish to clarify that the aforesaid allotment of shares is not material in nature to the Company.
