The said notice will provide the concerned shareholders with a final opportunity to pay the outstanding call money, failing which the relevant partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, the Articles of Association of the Company and the terms of the issue. Accordingly, the Company will dispatch the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice to the shareholders who have not paid the First and Final Call Money within the prescribed timeline.
