Scrip Code: 539659 Scrip ID: KAMATS Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Temporary Suspension of Hotel Operations due to force Majeure (Flood Situation) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the operations at our flagship hotel property i.e VITS Kamats Resort Silvassa, (Dadra & Nagar Haveli) have been temporarily suspended due to unexpected flash floods and severe waterlogging in the region caused by torrential rainfall. Following continuous torrential rainfall in the region, the adjacent river has breached its banks, causing river water to enter the hotel premises. Furthermore, the main connecting bridge leading to the property was overflowed with water, completely disrupting safe road access. As a precautionary measure and to ensure the ultimate safety of our guests, employees and assets, the management has safely evacuated the premises. The Company is actively monitoring the situation with directions of local municipal authorities. We will submit a subsequent update to the Exchange as soon as regular operations resume.
