The empanelment is valid for the period of Thirty-Six (36) Months from the date of signing the Agreement. The said letter covering RFP no. CGRIDCL/EMP/DPR-R & B/2026/115, Dated- 17/08/2026, Letter No. 1681/ CGRIDCL/2026 Dated 26.10.2026 received by the company on 28.10.2026. The Company is required to Furnish the Performance security deposit in the format prescribed in the RFP document. The SEBI Circular having number SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, is not applicable for the present disclosure. You are requested to kindly take the same on your record.
