The Statutory Auditors have carried out limited review of the financial result for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2026. 2 Financial results for all the periods presented have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2021 (as amended from time to time) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognised accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable and in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended. 3 Company has only one reportable segment - Pharmaceuticals Business as per requirement of Ind AS 108. 4 On July 14, 2026, the Board approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of Achyut Healthcare Limited with and into the Company under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, with a share exchange ratio of 119 equity shares of the Company for every 50 equity shares of Achyut Healthcare Limited, both of face value of 1 each. The Scheme is subject to approval from BSE, shareholders and creditors, the NCLT and other authorities. Accordingly, no effect of the Scheme has been given in these results. 5 Figures for the previous period have been regrouped/ rearranged/ reclassfied wherever considered necessary to correspond with the current period's classification/group's disclosure.
