Security ID: SUBROS Security ID: 517168 Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Press Release: Intimation regarding the start of production at New greenfield manufacturing plant situated at Kharkhoda, Sonipat, Haryana Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in furtherance to our intimation dated 7th November, 2024, the Company is pleased to inform below: New Delhi, October 28, 2026: The Company has set-up a greenfield manufacturing plant at Tehsil Kharkhoda, District Sonipat, Haryana with capacity addition of 4.5 lakhs units per annum for HVAC and Hose & Tubes. The commercial operations at the new plant have commenced today i.e October 28, 2026 for HVAC and Hose & Tubes. As the Company continues to invest in strategic initiatives to meet the customers demand near to their l ocations that strengthen its long-term growth trajectory, the Kharkhoda Plant marks a significant step in the Company’s journey towards sustainable manufacturing with advancement in technology, innovation, future mobility solutions, and improvement in operational capabilities. Subros Kharkhoda plant is a milestone towards the growing demand resulting revenue growth in the coming years. This expansion reinforces the Company’s readiness to meet evolving market demand of mobility and further solidifies its leadership in the thermal management products.
