[The Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 will be provided as and when the same are decided by the Non-Convertible Debenture Committee.] Kindly take the same on record.
