This facility is available only in respect of transfer deeds that were lodged prior to April 1, 2019 and were subsequently rejected, returned, or left unprocessed due to deficiencies in documentation or non-compliance with procedural requirements. One of the mandatory requirements for availing this special window is the submission of the original share certificate(s). The eligibility criteria are as follows: Execution Date lodged for Original Security Eligible to lodge of Transfer Deed transfer before Certificate in the current 1st April, 2019? Available? window? Shares re-lodged under this special window will be processed only in dematerialised form. Further, such shares will be subject to a lock-in period of one year from the date of registration of transfer. During the lock-in period, the shares cannot be transferred, pledged, or otherwise encumbered.
