Notice for trading window closure in the shares of the Company.

Kriti Industries India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and applies to all promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, whose PANs will be frozen by NSDL for dealing in company shares.
