Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Juneja served as Chief Executive Officer of Crocs India Marketing Private Limited, where he led the Crocs and Hey Dude brands, driving growth through brand-led strategies and strengthening direct-to-consumer capabilities. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer for Reebok India at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, he led the brand's relaunch in India, building the organisation from the ground up and delivering strong growth.
