Pursuant to Clause 5 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 11th July 2023, amended on 30th January 2026, we enclose herewith the requisite details in the prescribed Annexure. If yes, nature of relationship; 6 Whether the transaction would fall within related No party transactions?
