Due to this there have been flood-like conditions and severe water logging in and around the manufacturing unit of the Company at Ahmedabad situated at Survey No. 423/P, Sarkhej-Bavla Road, Moraiya, Sanand, Ahmedabad -382213 and hence the manufacturing operations and production had to be kept temporarily suspended. The water level has begun to recede, however the process is expected to take a few days. The Management of the Company continues to closely monitor the situation. while assessing the impact of this natural calamity on the Company’s assets, operations and production. The extent of the impact is being evaluated and appropriate measures are being taken to restore normal operations at the earliest. We would like to clarify that all assets of the Company are adequately insured. The Company shall keep the stock exchanges informed of any material developments, if required, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015.
