Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that 3i Infotech Limited has received a Service Order on
July 24, 2026, from ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL) for providing Facility Management
Services (FMS) for IT and non-IT infrastructure and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services
for IT assets.
The engagement covers managed support and maintenance for end-user computing devices,
servers, storage, network and security infrastructure, communication systems, and related IT and
associated assets across OPaL's locations.
The fixed contract period is three years, from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. The total Service
Order value is approx.. Rs. 4.83 crore, exclusive of applicable taxes.
The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026
dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is making this disclosure on a
voluntary basis as the amount involved is below the materiality threshold limits as per the aforesaid
Regulation.
The delay in dissemination of this information is due to the unavailability of the concerned officials
due to weekend.
The above information will also be made available on the website of the Company.
