The engagement covers managed support and maintenance for end-user computing devices, servers, storage, network and security infrastructure, communication systems, and related IT and associated assets across OPaL's locations. The fixed contract period is three years, from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. The total Service Order value is approx.. Rs. 4.83 crore, exclusive of applicable taxes. The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is making this disclosure on a voluntary basis as the amount involved is below the materiality threshold limits as per the aforesaid Regulation.
