The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on 28 October 2026: 1) approved the Company’s Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th September 2026 and the Auditor’s Reports thereon (copies enclosed). 2) approved the appointment of Mr. Bo Mikael Langseth Nilsson (DIN 12003184) as an Additional (Non- Executive Independent) Director of the company. 3) approved holding of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting for obtaining the Shareholders Approval for the appointment of Mr. Bo Mikael Langseth Nilsson (DIN 12003184) as an Independent Director of the company within three months of the date of his appointment.
