Intimation of Trading Window Closure_June, 2026

Sumeet Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated separately.
