Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April
21, 2025, pertaining to trading window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with
Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended).
In compliance with the aforesaid circular and with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015 as stated above and Company's Code of Conduct on Insider Trading and
Fair Disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will remain
closed from 01st July 2026 for all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and Insiders for
dealing in any transaction of the shares of the Company.
The Trading Window will re-open after 48 hours of announcement/declaration of the unaudited
financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
