Intimation of closure of trading window

Baroda Rayon Corporation Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for insiders/designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.
