trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

20 Microns Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Board Meeting approves the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be announced separately.
