The acquired property comprises Office Space No. 4A situated on the Third Floor of the commercial complex known as “Aditya Trade Centre (F & G Blocks)”, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, having approximately 7,725 sq. ft. of super built-up area together with six dedicated car parking spaces. The acquisition has been undertaken through Kesar Infraventures Private Limited, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary and infrastructure arm, and is aligned with the Group’s long-term strategy of expanding its commercial real estate portfolio across key high-growth metropolitan markets in India.
