The above trades were executed without obtaining a pre clearance from the Compliance Officer, as required under the code. 5 Action taken by Listed company/ The Company has issued a written warning to Mr. Intermediary/ Fiduciary Mithil Gandhi, not to repeat any such actions in the future and to ensure strict compliance with the Code of Conduct and the SEBI PIT Regulations. Further, the Company has directed Mr. Mithil Gandhi to disgorge the profits from the trade amounting to Rs 4,33,566 (Four Lakh Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Six Rupees only) by way of online remittance to SEBI Investor Protection and Education Fund. 6 Reasons recorded in writing for taking The Company has issued warning letters, action stated above. considering that the transactions were carried out inadvertently by the Designated Person, without any intention to violate the SEBI (PIT) Regulations.
