In the above context, we are pleased to inform that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amravati Special Branch (“NCLT”), vide its order pronounced on July 24, 2026, as uploaded on the official website of the NCLT today (https://nclt.gov.in) (the “Order”) has, amongst other things, directed the Petitioner Companies to serve the notice of the hearing of the Petition in Form No. CAA-3 to concerned authorities/ regulators and other stakeholders. Further, Hon’ble NCLT has directed that the next date of hearing of the petition is September 10, 2026 for consideration of the Scheme. We request you to take this disclosure on your records.
