Advancing with Discipline and Confidence
New Delhi, India – October 27, 2026: PG Electroplast Ltd. (PGEL), one of India’s pioneers and leading
players in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Plastic Molding, announced its unaudited financial
results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, as approved by its Board of Directors.
“During the quarter, we continued to make progress on our capex plans for new manufacturing
facilities and backward integration. These initiatives form an important part of our long-term
strategy to expand capacity, strengthen operational capabilities and build greater control over
our supply chain. Our focus remains on disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation and
aligning investments with long-term business priorities.
The industry witnessed steady growth across product lines, providing a supportive backdrop
for our expansion plans. While we remain mindful of evolving market conditions, this broad-
based progress reinforces our measured confidence in the opportunities ahead.
Our priority is clear: translate strategic investments into stronger capabilities, greater
competitiveness and sustainable growth. With discipline guiding our execution and confidence
shaping our outlook, we are building not just for the coming quarters, but for enduring value
creation.”

to building long-term resilience and enhancing capital efficiency.
