Signed on October 27, 2026, the MoU provides a framework for cooperation and government facilitation to evaluate potential opportunities, including community boiler infrastructure for industrial clusters. Community boiler systems generate steam at a centralized facility and distribute it to multiple industrial consumers through a dedicated pipeline network. Compared with individual boiler installations, this model can facilitate centralized pollution-control measures, coordinated fuel management and emissions monitoring, subject to technology selection and operational compliance. Commenting on the development, Mr. Vishal 8. Budhia, Chairman & Managing Director, Steamhouse India Limited, said, “Community boiler infrastructure offers an opportunity to rethink how steam-intensive industries meet their requirements while addressing the growing importance of environmental compliance. Haryana's indnstrial dlusters warrant closer examination of centralized steam generation, supported by appropriate pollution-control systems and efficient distribution networks. The MoU with HEPC provides a Sramework to explore these gpportunities, subject to feasibility assessments and applicable regulatory approvals.” The proposed collaboration comes amid continuing air-quality concerns across Delhi-NCR, where industrial emissions remain an important consideration. Haryana’s manufacturing centres, including Panipat and Sonipat, offer potential settings to evaluate cluster-level steam infrastructure. Community boilers have also featured in the wider regulatory discourse on industrial emission management, including the Central Pollution Control Board’s guidelines for promoting such systems in small-scale industrial clusters. The MoU is exploratory in nature and does not constitute a project award or a commitment to implement a specific facility. Any subsequent development will depend on detailed technical and commercial feasibility assessments, industrial demand, environmental requirements and the necessary statutory approvals. steam house About Steamhouse India Limited Steamhouse India Limited (formerly known as Ankleshwar Eco Energy Limited) (“Steamhouse” / “the Company”), established in 2015 and based in Surat, Gujarat, is engaged in the generation and distribution of industrial steam through its community boiler facilities and pipeline network, the purchase and distribution of steam sourced from third-party generating entities, and the separation, compression and distribution of nitrogen. Its Promoters, through a group company, introduced the community steam-generation model in India in 2014, providing industrial customers with access to centralised steam-generation infrastructure and pipeline-based distribution. The Company's business model encompasses two principal approaches to steam supply: generating steam at its own or leased community boiler facilities and distributing steam purchased from other generating entities through its pipeline network. The Company also operates a nitrogen generation and distribution facility at Ankleshwar, where nitrogen is produced through Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and supplied to industrial customers through pipelines. Steamhouse India continues to focus on expanding its geographical presence, developing its community industrial gas infrastructure and serving the process-energy requirements of industrial customers. Its operating and expansion strategies are directed towards broadening its customer reach and reducing dependence on individual regions, subject to the availability of suitable locations, project execution and applicable regulatory approvals. Listed on the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), Steamhouse India Limited is focused on expanding its community steam-generation and distribution infrastructure and strengthening its presence across India's industsial clusters.
