Trading Window

Aries Agro Limited announced the closure of its trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, and all employees from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the announcement of un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the exchanges. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
