With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the manufacturing operations at the Company's plant located at Survey No. 816, Village: Rajoda, Near Bavla, District Ahmedabad – 382220, Gujarat, India, have been temporarily suspended due to heavy rainfall and flooding in the region over the last two days. The water level has started receding, and the Company has initiated necessary restoration activities. However, it is expected that normal manufacturing operations will take a few days to resume. The Company is presently assessing the extent of any damage, if any, to its plant, machinery, inventory and other assets. We would like to clarify that all the Company's assets are adequately insured. The Company is closely monitoring the situation and is taking all necessary measures to restore operations at the earliest. We will keep the stock exchanges informed of any material developments, including the resumption of normal operations, as and when required. You are requested to take the above information on record.
