Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, the Exchange is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 31st October 2026 at the registered office of the
company, inter alia to transact the following items of business:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the
Quarter ended 30th September 2026 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the Limited Review Report of Statutory
Auditor thereon;
2. To consider and transact any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
Further, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
and Company's "Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price
Sensitive Information", the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been
closed with effect from 1st October 2026 and the same shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the
financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended as on 30th September 2026.
